Small Meeting Rooms Are Back — Tables That Fit 4–8 People Without Wasting Space

Big boardrooms still exist. They just are not where most of the daily meetings happen anymore.
We see more requests for 4–8 person tables — quick stand-ups, vendor calls, training sessions — and fewer for twenty-seat boats that sit empty. That matches what buyers tell us about floor plans shrinking meeting zones to add workstations.

Our smaller conference tables (including trapezoid and splicing layouts like LR-CT-092 / LR-CT-093) were built for that shift. Trapezoids let you reconfigure a training room without buying a new table every time the class size changes. Rectangular tops with modesty panels work when the room is fixed and the client wants clean cable routing.

Material-wise we stay on commercial melamine: stable, easy to wipe, less drama in a humid container than fancy veneers if something sits on the dock an extra week.
Chairs are often a separate PO. If you want us to match seat height to table clearance, send the chair spec or order both from us so we do not discover a mismatch at installation.
